PPS high temperature resistant needle filter is produced with the production process of polyphenylene sulfide fiber felt by the pressure of light, heat and water repellent treatment.
Advantages:
1, Good hydrolysis resistance, has excellent acid and alkali corrosion, sulfur or sulfur oxides in flue gas fuel can be used;
2. In the flue gas oxygen content of less than 14% of the collection can be used in dust, but the temperature should be lowered accordingly;
3.Long time working temperature of 190℃, short-time temperature is 220 ℃, the melting point of 285 ℃;
4.Suitable for dedusting of flue gas humidity, high concentration, strong adhesion and chemical composition of PPS filter ,remaining strength and chemical resistance, can maintain a good filter performance in harsh environments, is the first choice of filter material of coal-fired boilers, waste incineration power plant and city dust processing, can also be used in alumina plant powder for dust purification.
